feat(character): 캐릭터 상세 조회 API 추가

- 캐릭터 ID로 상세 정보를 조회하는 API 엔드포인트 추가
- 캐릭터 상세 정보 조회 서비스 메서드 구현
- 캐릭터 상세 정보 응답 DTO 클래스 추가
